Our Surf retreats have been enormously successful, we thought it was time to offer the same incredible experience to women who don't want to ride the waves, but who do want a health-reviving yoga, food and spa getaway with all the luxury trimmings.
The main difference is instead of the surfing, we have created more time for restorative activities like more pampering time with our spa treatments, 2 yoga and meditation classes a day including sunrise beach yoga session, cooking workshops with take home nutritional notes, foodie tours where you get to sample the gastronomic delights that Bali has to offer and for the more active, we have an array of fitness activities that can be selected.
