Our cuisine is about delicious quality fuel, not deprivation. We serve an abundance of locally grown organic fresh fruits and veggies, fresh local fish and free range chicken. Our menu has been carefully devised by our Therapeutic Chef, Samantha Gowing, based upon the philosophy of whole foods, so we avoid preservatives and processed foods.

The healthy and delicious menu is low calorie, high fiber, full of valuable nutrients and bursting with flavor. It has been designed to complement your well being program and can be fully customized to suit different needs such as vegetarian, pescetarian, low carb, yeast, wheat, dairy or gluten free.
